Why Intuition Ale Works closed
Intuition closed when its Bay Street lease expired. Owner Ben Davis said he spent nine months looking for a buyer, but the right buyer never came. He also cited higher costs, thinner margins, relentless competition, and downtown development that did not arrive fast enough to make the location sustainable.
