Jacksonville's MICHELIN Guide Restaurants

Three rooms made the 2026 guide, two in San Marco and one on Mayport Road. No stars and no Bib Gourmands in Jacksonville, which is worth being straight about.

The MICHELIN Guide's Florida selection went statewide for 2026, which is how Jacksonville got into it at all. Three rooms here are Recommended, the tier MICHELIN describes as places that are not yet at Star or Bib Gourmand level but still fully merit being in the guide. No Jacksonville restaurant holds a star or a Bib Gourmand.

The Bearded Pig in San Marco is the barbecue one, and the listing is the Kings Avenue room, not the beach location. A few blocks away, Rue Saint-Marc is Scott and Gabrielle Alters' dinner-only French room at the entrance to San Marco Square, with an open kitchen and a tasting menu. Out at the beach, Eggboy is a breakfast counter on Mayport Road built to look like a New York bodega, which the inspectors singled out for its egg sandwiches.

For the region's two Bib Gourmands you have to drive south: both are in St. Augustine, and they are on our St. Augustine list. We keep the designation and the year on each venue page, and we take it off if a venue stops holding it.
